All orders placed will be processed for delivery 24hours after confirmation I.e. after you receive an email containing your invoice.

Orders placed on Friday/Weekend will be processed on the Monday after the weekend.

We only offer refunds if we are unable/failed to deliver your order 6days after the delivery time frame provided according the the delivery option you selected. Refund takes 24-72hours. Makes a total of 7-9days. Kindly note that during times of huge promos, delivery may take 2-3 extra days than the delivery time frame, in such case if you request for a refund and we are unable/failed to deliver your order we will refund after 10days.
